CANCELLATION POLICY
At Luxe Haven, your appointment time is scheduled just for you! We kindly appreciate a 12 hour notice for any appointment cancellations. Anything under 12 hours your 50% deposit will be kept and non-refundable. No call no-shows will be charged 100% of their service total.
